Meet AutoGPT - the AI that can develop and manage tasks by itself

AI tools are getting smarter by the day, from chatbots that help with search to ones that take care of repetitive tasks.

Some folks are worried about how advanced AI is getting, but that hasn't stopped AutoGPT from making waves.

AutoGPT is a cool new experiment that makes GPT-4 totally autonomous (start and finish tasks all by itself!).

Imagine a future where robots can think and do things on their own without any human help. That's what Auto-GPT is all about!

You can use it to search the internet, write code, and even create Twitter bots.

Auto-GPT has all sorts of features, like internet access, long and short-term memory, file storage, and more.

But, it's not perfect yet and can't handle really complex tasks.

So, while Auto-GPT isn't exactly a robot overlord yet, it's still pretty cool to think about what it might be able to do in the future.

Elon Musk buys thousands of GPUs for AI project

Twitter has reportedly launched an in-house artificial intelligence project, with the help of former DeepMind researchers.

Business Insider reveals that Elon Musk purchased 10,000 GPUs for use in one of Twitter’s remaining data centers, indicating his commitment to the effort.

The project involves creating a generative AI that Twitter would train on its own vast amount of data.

The report suggests that the AI could be used to improve the platform’s search functionality or assist in rebuilding its advertising business.

This development comes after Musk signed an open letter calling for a six-month pause on AI development, following his reported feud with OpenAI.

Musk left the organisation in 2018 after a power struggle, and his payments reportedly stopped despite a promise to provide $1 billion.

What a turn of events, did Elon call for the six-month pause on AI to built his own LLM in the meantime?

We’ll be following things closely.
