Remember the Chinese Spy Balloon? Bidens arch nemesis, that flew all across the world to pay a friendly visit to the land of the free. The US military spotted the evil balloon early and decided to let it flow - how open minded!
Who also spotted and followed the balloon was a man and his self-built AI. Meet Corey Jaskolski, entrepreneur and software engineer. He decided to draw “what the balloon could have looked like from space” and fed that drawing to his AI buddy, and - BINGO! His AI found the balloon from satellite images in minutes. Now his AI software is being used to track the balloon back to its origins in China. The army salutes you son!
ChatGPT is all Smoke and Mirrors, according to Musk.
Woke the f* up people! ChatGPT is all Smoke and Mirrors according to Elon Musk. Even though he was a founding father at OpenAI in 2015, the parent company of ChatGPT. Musk has been openly critical and accused Sam Altman, OpenAI’s CEO, to train ChatGPT to basically ‘lie’ - as the AI refuses to get into certain sensitive words and subjects. Musk will recruit Igor Babuschkin a former researcher at Google’s Deepmind AI unit to develop his alternative Chatbot. We’re just curious to hear what Musks’ chatbot has to say about Climate Change…
Our adorable buddy ChatGPT just cut his rates.
We all came to love him, our cuddly AI Chatbot, ChatGPT. Next to its astounding performance of imitating humans, and refusing to explain how to built atomic bombs, he now cut its price, by two-thirds! What’s not to love? The lower price will allow developers to built better and cheaper versions of their AI based projects. Expect a new wave of ‘2nd generation’ AI tools. Next to the reduced cost, OpenAI also introduced ‘Whisper API’s’ - a model that can be used to integrate AI into existing products. Companies that have already committed to this project are: Snapchat, Quizlet, Instacart, Shopify and Speak.
It is difficult to think of a major industry that AI will not transform. This includes healthcare, education, transportation, retail, communications, and agriculture. There are surprisingly clear paths for AI to make a big difference in all of these industries.
